Telomir Pharmaceuticals Raises ~$5.6M in Common Stock PIPE
Telomir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. completed a common stock PIPE financing, raising approximately $5.6 million at $1.16 per share. The funds will be used to support the Telomir-Zn Phase 1/2 trial in TNBC. Existing investor John Paul DeJoria contributed $1.0 million.
