Shell and Chevron curtail Gulf of Mexico output for Isaias
Shell and Chevron said they are curtailing offshore operations in the Gulf of Mexico and shutting in production as Tropical Storm Isaias approaches, including evacuation of personnel at multiple Shell assets.
