ProCap Financial buys more shares at ~22% NAV discount
ProCap Financial (Nasdaq: BRR) said it repurchased an additional 2.2% of shares outstanding since Sep. 3, 2026, bringing total repurchases to ~12.2%. It said the buys were at an approximate 22% discount to NAV.
