Precise Biometrics CEO: merger with Fingerprint Cards integration more than 50% complete
Integration work following the merger of Precise Biometrics with Fingerprint Cards is slightly ahead of plan, with more than 50% of the integration completed two months after the deal, CEO Joakim Nydemark said. All workstreams are expected to finish by year-end.
