PDS Biotechnology PIPE targets ~$11.55M; Nant/AB $11M FDA milestone commitment
PDS Biotechnology said its private placement is expected to raise approximately $11.55 million at the initial closing. Nant and AB Group committed an additional $11 million milestone tranche upon FDA submission of a Phase 3 protocol for PDS0301.
