OGX Group Berhad circular to shareholders for proposed RM19.0 million warehouse acquisition
OGX Group Berhad said it has issued a circular to shareholders regarding the proposed acquisition by OGX Sdn Bhd of a detached warehouse with office annex and guardhouse on freehold land from Trisystems Engineering Sdn Bhd for RM19.0 million cash consideration, dated 29 September 2026.
