Maslow Capital closed a GBP 136.8 million facility for Vita Group, secured by the North and East Towers at Circle Square. Financing refinances existing debt, supports Vita’s buyout of its joint-venture partner’s stake, moving both towers into full ownership. Facility also backs a phased sale of 487 completed, tenanted
