Logistic Properties of the Americas to sell Bogotá assets for ~$152M
Logistic Properties of the Americas (LPA) agreed to sell five fully leased Bogotá buildings to Bancolombia for COP 500B (~$152M) in cash, at an 8.2% in-place cap rate. Closing is expected in early Q4 2026, with about $70M in net after-tax distributable proceeds.
