Lilly's experimental combo weight-loss drug shows higher efficacy than Zepbound in trial
Eli Lilly's experimental combination drug EloraTZP led to an average body weight loss of 23.3% over 48 weeks in a mid-stage trial, compared to 14.8% for its blockbuster Zepbound alone. The company plans to start late-stage trials for EloraTZP in the fourth quarter of 2026.
