Komelon calls special shareholder meeting to vote on cutting directors' pay cap to 1.5 billion won
Komelon will hold an extraordinary shareholders meeting on Nov. 11, 2026 in Busan. Shareholders will also vote on individual director pay packages and the reappointment of auditor Lee In-seok.
