Glenstar bought 500 W. Monroe, a 966,924 sq ft Class A office tower in Chicago, via an all-cash joint venture. Built in 1992 and 44 stories, the property includes a 1,300-stall parking garage; a renovation is planned and CBRE’s team will lead leasing.
