Freddie Mac sells ~$428M in non-performing loan mortgages
Freddie Mac said it sold, via auction, 1,968 deeply delinquent first-lien mortgages with an aggregate balance of about $428M. Four SPO pools are expected to settle in Dec 2026, and an additional EXPO pool bid is due Oct 23, 2026.
