FortuneX Acquisition (FXAC) to merge with WT Realty in ~$600M deal
FortuneX entered a definitive agreement to merge with WT Realty, valuing the target at about $600M via 60.0M PubCo shares at $10. Closing is expected in Q1 2027, subject to approvals and other conditions.
