Denarius Holding plans ~$400M in CEMA oil-field capex
Denarius Holding Group said it plans phased capex of about $400M under a 20-year CPPH with PDVSA for Venezuela’s CEMA Oil Field, targeting output growth from roughly 400 bpd toward about 9,870 bpd and recoverable reserves of about 100M barrels.
