Cornish Metals Proposes ~£135M Equity Raise at 60p, Glencore Takes Part
The proposed raise includes ~£11.2M from Glencore. The companies also entered a six-year offtake agreement covering 100% of tin concentrates. The raise is conditional on approvals and is intended to fund South Crofty toward first production in mid-2028.
