Climb Bio says CLYM116 Phase 1 data show ~29-day half-life in IgA nephropathy
Single 320 mg CLYM116 dose drove near-complete APRIL suppression and 60-75% IgA/Gd-IgA1 suppression through 12 weeks, with ~29-day half-life. Treatment was generally well-tolerated with no serious AEs, dose-limiting toxicities or hypogammaglobulinemia.
