Ares Management invested over €1 billion as part of a approximately €1.5 billion capital increase into Plenitude, at a €10.75 billion pre-money valuation. This investment raises Ares' ownership stake in Plenitude to 26.24%. Ares and Eni will jointly control Plenitude, with Ares set to appoint three board members.
