Abbisko Unit Wins US FDA IND Clearance for Pan-KRAS Drug Candidate

Abbisko Cayman (HKG:2256) said its subsidiary, Abbisko Therapeutics, received U.S. Food and Drug Administration investigational new drug clearance for ABSK211, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday. ABSK211 is an oral, highly potent and selective small-molecule pan-KRAS inhibitor being developed for the treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS alterations. Abbisko's shares rose 1% in recent trade.
