Platinum Analytics Receives Nasdaq Delisting Notice

Platinum Analytics Cayman (PLTS) said Friday it received a staff delisting determination from Nasdaq on July 7, notifying the company that its securities will be delisted. The company said it intends to appeal the staff determination by filing a request for an oral hearing before the Nasdaq hearings panel. The current trading halt of its securities will remain in effect during any automatic stay or further stay granted by the panel, the company added.
