SL Science Submits Orphan Drug Designation Request to FDA for GDT Cell Therapy in Glioblastoma
SL Science (SLBT) said Friday it has submitted an orphan drug designation request to the US Food and Drug Administration for its Gamma Delta T therapy, named Vdelta2+ Gamma Delta T Cells, for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme. The biomedical company further said that the FDA's Office of Orphan Products Development has formally acknowledged receipt of the request and is proceeding with its review.
