"The Amprion acquisition adds a [high-growth network], increasing RWE's share of regulated earnings. Against this backdrop, RBC raised the outperform-rated stock's price target to 65 euros from 62.50 euros. Analysts also tweaked their EBITDA forecasts, lifting their full-year 2027 and 2028 assumptions with their 2026 projection unchanged, while lowering their adjusted EPS estimates for 2026 and 2027, then raising them for 2028.
