SFS Group to Buy US-based Heartland Precision Fasteners

SFS Group (SFSN.SW) will buy civil and aerospace industry-focused bolts and screws manufacturer Heartland Precision Fasteners for an undisclosed sum. The Swiss precision components and fastening technology company expects to close the deal by the end of September, subject to merger control law and other approvals, according to a Friday release. SFS Group will integrate the acquired business into the engineered components segment's industrial business unit.
