Hilton Raises Full-Year RevPAR Growth Forecast to 4%-4.5%
Hilton lifted its full-year RevPAR growth forecast to 4%-4.5% from 3%-3.5%, citing resilient global travel demand. CEO Christopher Nassetta said Middle East business activity has been slightly softer than expected.
Hilton now expects its revenue per available room (RevPAR)—a key performance metric for the hospitality industry—to grow by 4% to 4.5% for the year, an upward revision from its previous guidance of 3% to 3.5%. The company's leadership noted that this growth is supported by strong, resilient travel demand globally. This positive outlook persists even as CEO Christopher Nassetta acknowledged that business activity in the Middle East has been slightly softer than previously anticipated.
