Organogenesis Holdings Inc. reported net revenue of $45.5 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, representing a sharp decline compared to the prior year. The company recorded a net loss of $29.6 million, or $(0.25) per share, contrasting with a net income of $21.6 million in the third quarter of 2025. Management attributed the performance to clinician confusion and market disruption following changes in skin-substitute coverage policies and CMS comments regarding discarded products.

Additionally, the company lowered its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $179 million to $200 million. The company also noted that the FDA's pre-license inspection of its Norwood facility for Amnuvx identified 18 items requiring remediation, with completion now expected by September 30, 2027.
