Medacta Cuts 2026 Revenue Growth and EBITDA Margin Guidance
Medacta now expects 2026 revenue growth of approximately 9% at constant exchange rates, down from 10% to 14%, and an adjusted EBITDA margin roughly at 2025 levels instead of a previously targeted improvement. It cited the lack of an anticipated US healthcare market recovery in the second half. Mid-term targets for 2024 to 2027 are unchanged.
Medacta announced a downward revision to its 2026 financial guidance, now expecting revenue growth of approximately 9% at constant exchange rates, compared to its previous forecast of 10% to 14%. The company also adjusted its profitability outlook, with the adjusted EBITDA margin now expected to remain roughly at 2025 levels, rather than the previously targeted 50 basis point improvement. Management attributed the weaker performance to a lack of the anticipated recovery in the US healthcare market during the second half of the year. Despite these adjustments, the company confirmed it is maintaining its mid-term financial targets for 2024 to 2027.
