Teleperformance Cuts 2026 Revenue Growth Guidance to a 1.5%–2.5% Decline
Teleperformance now expects comparable revenue to contract 1.5% to 2.5%, versus its previous outlook for stable revenue to growth of up to 2%. It maintained its approximately 14.6% recurring EBITA margin target.
Teleperformance has issued a downward revision to its full-year 2026 revenue growth guidance, now projecting a contraction of 1.5% to 2.5% in comparable revenue. This marks a shift from the company's previous forecast, which had anticipated stable revenue or growth of up to 2%. The company attributed the adjustment to a sector environment that has proven more unfavorable than initially expected, as well as an accelerated decline in its Trust & Safety services business. Despite the revenue outlook change, Teleperformance maintains its target for a recurring EBITA margin of approximately 14.6% for the 2026 fiscal year.
