Astral Cuts FY27 EBITDA Margin Guidance to 13–14%
Astral maintained pipe and fittings volume growth guidance at 10–13% for FY27, down from an earlier EBITDA margin range of 15–17%. It is evaluating raising domestic adhesives revenue growth guidance to 15–20% after strong first-half performance.
Astral Limited reported its Q2FY27 performance, noting robust demand recovery in the plumbing segment and expectations for sustained double-digit volume growth through the second half of the fiscal year. Management maintained its pipe and fittings volume growth guidance of 10—13% for FY27. However, the company revised its EBITDA margin guidance downward to 13—14% from the previous 15—17% range, citing elevated raw material costs, high-cost inventory, and delays in passing on cost increases.
Additionally, the company is evaluating an upgrade to its domestic adhesives revenue growth guidance to 15—20% following strong H1FY27 performance, while its UK adhesives business is targeting 9—10% EBITDA margins by the end of FY27.
