Platform Group Reports Nine-Month Results, Reaffirms 2026 Guidance
The Platform Group reported nine-month 2026 GMV of EUR 1,076.9 million and net revenue of EUR 622.7 million, versus EUR 902.1 million and EUR 531.6 million a year earlier. It reaffirmed full-year guidance for GMV of EUR 1.7 billion, net revenue of at least EUR 1.0 billion and adjusted EBITDA of EUR 70 million to EUR 80 million.
The Platform Group SE & Co. KGaA announced its financial results for the first nine months of 2026, reporting a gross merchandise volume (GMV) of EUR 1,076.9 million and net revenue of EUR 622.7 million, compared to EUR 902.1 million and EUR 531.6 million in the same period of 2025. The company highlighted strong organic growth across its 26 industries as a key driver of performance. Based on these results, the Management Board reaffirmed its previously published guidance for the 2026 fiscal year, which includes an expected GMV of EUR 1.7 billion, net revenue of at least EUR 1.0 billion, and an adjusted EBITDA between EUR 70 million and EUR 80 million.
The company also noted that its partner network has expanded to over 17,800 partners.
