ElringKlinger AG reported improved third-quarter and nine-month financial results for 2026, with revenue rising to €451 million in the third quarter and adjusted EBIT increasing by 38% to €29.2 million. The company attributed this performance to the ramp-up of e-mobility programs, which saw quarterly sales nearly triple to €65 million. Despite a challenging automotive market, the company confirmed its full-year 2026 revenue guidance of approximately €1.8 billion. Additionally, ElringKlinger entered into an agreement to divest its U.S.

subsidiary in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and its shielding technology business in Kecskemét, Hungary, to Lydech. The company continues to advance its SHAPE30 and SHAPE2EMPOWER strategic programs.
