AMG Critical Materials N.V. reported a 22% increase in third quarter 2026 adjusted EBITDA to $78 million, compared to $64 million in the same period of 2025. Driven by strong performance in its Brazilian lithium operations and tantalum sales, the company raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to approximately $280 million, up from the previous range of $230 million to $250 million. The company ended the quarter with $550 million in total liquidity.

Management attributed the performance to strong lithium and tantalum demand, while noting that the company continues to expect positive free cash flow for the year. Additionally, the company highlighted recent strategic milestones, including its listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and the European Commission's recognition of its lithium refinery and Zinnwald Lithium activities as 'Critical Raw Materials Act Strategic Projects 2026'.
