MSA Safety Completes $555 Million Acquisition of Autronica Fire and Security

MSA Safety (MSA) said Thursday it has completed the acquisition of Autronica Fire and Security in a transaction valued at approximately $555 million. The transaction is expected to be accretive to MSA Safety's adjusted earnings per share in the first full year of ownership, the company said.
