Revenue for the quarter ended May 31 rose to $195.1 million from $156.9 million a year earlier. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $172.8 million. The company expects fiscal 2026 EPS of $6.05 to $6.35 on revenue of $652 million to $667 million, up from the prior guidance of EPS of $5.75 to $6.15 on revenue of $630 million to $655 million. Analysts expect $5.99 and $661.6 million, respectively. Shares of WD-40 rose more than 13% in after-hours activity.
