MACOM reported fiscal fourth quarter 2026 revenue of $424.8 million, representing a 62.7% increase compared to the same period in the prior year. Net income for the quarter was $139.4 million, or $1.78 per diluted share, up from $45.1 million, or $0.59 per diluted share, in the fiscal fourth quarter of 2025. For the full fiscal year 2026, the company generated $1,327.6 million in revenue and $335.3 million in net income. MACOM also provided guidance for the fiscal first quarter ending January 1, 2027, projecting revenue between $450 million and $460 million with adjusted earnings per diluted share between $2.21 and $2.29.
