Likewise Group Issues 125,000 Shares After Option Exercises

Likewise Group issued 125,000 new ordinary shares to satisfy options under its 2021 incentive scheme and transferred treasury shares to satisfy 10,588 options under its 2023 SAYE scheme. The new shares are expected to begin trading on AIM on November 6, 2026. Total voting rights are 365,360,937.
