Global Fashion Group (GFG) reported its Q3 2026 results, noting a 5.4% year-over-year decrease in Net Merchandise Value (NMV) and a 7.7% decline in revenue on a constant currency basis. Despite these pressures, the company achieved a gross margin of 47.0% and an Adjusted EBITDA of €3.4 million, up from €0.9 million in the same period last year. Management attributed these results to a focus on profitability, improved unit economics, and fixed cost efficiency initiatives. The Group moved close to Normalised Free Cash Flow breakeven on a last-twelve-months basis.

Looking ahead, GFG maintains its full-year 2026 guidance, though it expects to land toward the bottom end of its NMV growth range due to challenging trading conditions in October.
