DEMIRE Reports Nine-Month Results, Confirms 2026 Guidance
DEMIRE reported nine-month rental income of EUR 33.9 million, EBIT of EUR 10.9 million and FFO I of EUR 2.8 million. It confirmed full-year guidance for rental income of EUR 42.5 million to EUR 44.5 million and FFO I of EUR 0.5 million to EUR 2.5 million.
DEMIRE reported rental income of EUR 33.9 million for the first nine months of 2026, down from EUR 41.4 million in the same period of the previous year, primarily due to a reduced portfolio base from ongoing property sales. EBIT improved to EUR 10.9 million compared to a loss of EUR 28.1 million in the prior-year period, which had been impacted by high fair value adjustments and write-downs. Funds from Operations (FFO I) reached EUR 2.8 million, down from EUR 8.3 million in the previous year. The company confirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, projecting rental income between EUR 42.5 million and EUR 44.5 million and FFO I between EUR 0.5 million and EUR 2.5 million.
Leasing activity for the period totaled 34,100 m², supported by a 10,500 m² lease renewal in Quickborn and a 10,000 m² new lease in Bonn.
