Diageo Reaffirms Guidance as First-Quarter Net Sales Rise 1.2%
Diageo reported first-quarter net sales of $4.93 billion, up 1.2%, or 1.4% on an organic basis, with volumes up 1.1% and price/mix up 0.3%. It reaffirmed guidance despite ongoing weakness in North America.
