SmartCentres Reports 13.6% SHOP NOI Growth, Raises Guidance

SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust reported a 13.6% year-over-year increase in SHOP Same Store Cash NOI. It raised SHOP Same Store Cash NOI growth guidance by 100 basis points and said $664 million in SHOP acquisitions were completed or under definitive agreement for 2026.
