Liaoning Port Says Creditors Reject Proposals in DCT Logistics Bankruptcy Case
Liaoning Port (HKG:2880, SHA:601880) said all three proposals presented at a creditor meeting related to the bankruptcy liquidation of its formerly controlled unit DCT Logistics were rejected. The proposals comprised rules for the meeting of creditors and voting of DCT Logistics, as well as plans for the management and monetization of its bankruptcy assets, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing. The bankruptcy administrator will modify and improve the plans based on the objections raised and organize a second round of voting. If approvals are not obtained at the second vote, the bankruptcy administrator will request the court to issue a ruling.
