Strategy CFO Andrew Kang to Resign Nov. 5
Andrew Kang is expected to remain in an advisory role through year-end. CEO Phong Le will oversee finance during the transition, and Reza Virasteh will assume the CFO role in January 2027.
Strategy Inc, the business intelligence and Bitcoin-focused treasury company, disclosed that CFO Andrew Kang will resign effective November 5, 2026. Kang is expected to remain with the company in an advisory capacity through the end of the year to assist with the transition. During this period, CEO Phong Le will oversee the finance organization. The company has announced that Reza Virasteh, currently the executive vice president of Operations and a longtime executive at the firm, will assume the CFO role in January 2027.
