FLUENT Gets Lender Consent, Can Draw US$10.5M for Arrangement

FLUENT amended its credit agreement to provide lender consent and allow an additional US$10.5 million term-loan draw on the amendment date. Its planned arrangement with Vireo Growth remains subject to closing conditions.
