Star Equity Holdings to Acquire Cornerstone RPO for Up to $2.5 Million

Through subsidiary Hudson Talent Solutions, Star Equity agreed to acquire certain Cornerstone RPO assets and liabilities and employ its workforce. Consideration includes $500,000 at closing; further terms are truncated.
