Conquest Shareholders Approve Belfast-Teck Mag Property Sale

Shareholders unanimously approved the sale of Conquest’s 100% interest in the Belfast-Teck Mag property package to Inventus Mining. At closing, Conquest is to receive 8.0 million Inventus shares and a 2.0% net smelter returns royalty; closing conditions, including TSXV acceptance, remain.
