Skyworks Forecasts Q1 Revenue of $1.8B-$1.9B, Below Estimates
Skyworks also guided for adjusted earnings of $1.25 per share, below the $1.57 consensus estimate. It expects Android business to decline by more than 20% in the December quarter, citing complex Qorvo integration and Android market weakness.
Skyworks Solutions, which completed its merger with Qorvo in early October 2026, provided a first-quarter revenue forecast of $1.8 billion to $1.9 billion, falling short of analyst expectations of approximately $2 billion. The company's adjusted earnings guidance of $1.25 per share also missed the consensus estimate of $1.57. Analysts noted that the integration of Qorvo is proving complex, and the Android business is expected to decline by more than 20% in the December quarter.
Despite the strategic rationale for the merger, market participants have expressed concerns regarding the smartphone market's current volatility and the execution risks associated with the combined entity.
