Equinox Gold Reports Q2 Gold Production of 176,836 Ounces
Equinox Gold (EQX) reported consolidated gold production of 176,836 ounces for the second quarter, the company said Thursday. Equinox said its Canadian operations produced 97,273 oz, including 64,656 oz from the Greenstone mine in Ontario and 32,617 oz from the Valentine mine in Newfoundland and Labrador. The company also produced 18,572 oz from Mesquite, 59,476 oz from its Nicaragua operations and 1,515 oz from Castle Mountain. Equinox Gold said it remains on track to achieve its 2026 production guidance of 700,000 to 800,000 oz of gold. Consolidated year-to-date gold production totaled 374,464 oz. Shares of Equinox were up more than 2% in Thursday pre-bell activity.
