Germany Wins US Nod to Buy Tomahawk Cruise Missiles

Germany received approval from the US to buy Tomahawk cruise missiles, The Defense Post reported Thursday, citing German Chancellor Friedrich Merz's statement to parliament. The long-range missiles are manufactured by aerospace and defense company RTX's (RTX.CO) Raytheon. The agreement was reached on the sidelines of the NATO meeting in Ankara, Turkey. RTX did not immediately respond to ' request for comment.
