Aimei Health Technology (AFJK) terminated its merger deal with United Hydrogen Group, effective immediately, as the companies failed to complete the transaction within the agreed timeframe, according to a Wednesday statement. The merger was first announced in June 2024 and then amended in June 2025, Aimei Health Technology said. Shares of Aimei Health Technology were down more than 25% premarket Thursday.
