Medclair Merges Swedish Unit to Simplify Corporate Structure

Medclair AB said Thursday its subsidiary Medclair Sweden AB was merged into the parent company to simplify and consolidate corporate structure in line with ongoing efficiency initiatives. The Swedish nitrous oxide management company expects the merger to generate a non-cash profit of 30 million kronor, set to materialize in the group's third-quarter reporting.
