Siltronic Raises 2026 Sales and EBITDA Margin Guidance

Siltronic now expects 2026 sales to remain at the previous year's level, versus its earlier forecast for a low- to mid-single-digit decline. It raised its EBITDA margin outlook to 22%–24% from 20%–24%, citing stronger-than-expected demand and updated foreign-exchange assumptions.

Siltronic AG revised its 2026 financial guidance, projecting sales to remain in the range of the previous year, a shift from its earlier forecast of a low- to mid-single-digit percentage decline. The company also increased its EBITDA margin guidance to a range of 22% to 24%, up from the previous 20% to 24% range. Management attributed these improvements to stronger-than-expected demand and updated foreign exchange assumptions. The update follows a period of sequential growth driven by higher wafer area sales, though the company noted that higher depreciation continues to weigh on reported earnings.
