Fitch Keeps Spanish Bank Sabadell's Long-term Rating on Domestic Franchise

Fitch Ratings affirmed the long-term issuer default rating of Banco de Sabadell (SAB.MC) at A-, citing the bank's domestic franchise, particularly in the small- and medium-enterprise segment. In a Wednesday note, the rating agency also highlighted the Spanish lender's risk governance, impaired loans ratio, profitability, capitalization, and funding profile. Fitch also maintained its stable outlook on the rating.
